We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we got from Roy and the team at Mountain States Roofing. They were professional, quick & clean. The amount of care they gave our property by putting down wide tarps around our entire home and then carefully inspecting them and our yard afterward for any nails or debris was so appreciated since we have two dogs that could have stepped on the nails. Our home was built during the boom in the early 2000s so the roof had some issues with its structure. They also took care of that and gave us all the paperwork we needed to get a nice discount on our homeowner’s insurance.

It wasn’t until we watched the roof being replaced across the street that we really understood how outstanding our experience was. You can really see that Roy and his team make sure that the experience is as pleasant as possible for the homeowner.

I wholeheartely recommend Danny Johnson from Mountain States Home Improvement, and his fantastic crew. During the fall of 2015, Danny led the effort to repair the damages done to our home by a hail storm earlier in the year. Mountain States replaced our roof and managed several other hailstorm-related projects, including exterior painting of the entire house, refinishing our back deck, replacing gutters, replacing all screens, and replacing the sliding glass door. They exceeded our expectations with every project.

A hailstorm damaged many of the roofs in our 74-unit townhouse community and our insurance company wasn’t going to replace them all. I’m sure glad we got a public adjuster and chose Mountain States Roofing, because we wound up getting all the roofs replaced and covered by insurance. And there wasn’t a single homeowner complaint.

Those of us who volunteer for Homeowner Association boards want to do the best for our neighbors, but we aren’t experts. Therefore it is important that we choose contractors that are honest and reliable. Of all the contractors we we have worked with since I have been on the board, Mountain States is at top of the list.
